The production technology of the fresh phyllostachys nigra leaf and nelumbo nucifera leaf tea comprises the following steps of thoroughly cleaning the nelumbo nucifera leaves, the fresh phyllostachys nigra leavesand the folium llicis latifoliae with running water or purified water, and performing baking separately so that the moisture content of materials is 0-5%; performing crushing with a crusher, performing screening with a 40-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing all the materials in proportion; and packaging the mixed materials with paper bags through an automatic packaging machine, and packaging the outer layer of the paper bags with aluminium foil bags so as to obtain bagged fresh phyllostachys nigra leaf and nelumbo nucifera leaf tea. The fresh phyllostachys nigra leaf and nelumbo nucifera leaf tea disclosed by the invention can reduce blood lipid and remove oil, can obviously reduce glycerin content and cholesterol content in serum, and has the efficacy of regulating blood lipid, preventing adiposis and reducing weight; and the used raw materials of the phyllostachys nigra leaves, the nelumbo nucifera leaves and the folium llicis latifoliae are medicinal and edible, so that after being used for a long term, the fresh phyllostachys nigra leaf and nelumbo nucifera leaf tea is free from side effects and is obvious in health-care effects.
