Abstract

The invention discloses a high-entropy flux-cored wire used for titanium-steel MIG welding. The high-entropy flux-cored wire used for titanium-steel MIG welding is prepared by following components including, by atomic percent, 5 to 15% of Fe, 10 to 20% of Ti, 18 to 25% of Co, 20 to 35% of Cr, 21 to 35% of Ni and 5 to 13% of Cu, wherein the total percent of the components is 100%. An industrial high pure copper strip is adopted in a skin material. The preparing method comprises the steps of firstly, smelting and matching of a mother alloy; secondly, applying of a vacuum gas atomization powder making technology to prepare atomized powder; thirdly, adopting of a flux-cored wire forming unit device for making the high-entropy flux-cored wire. The high-entropy flux-cored wire is used for carrying out titanium-steel MIG welding, an excellent titanium-steel welding joint is obtained, chemical components of welding line metal are in the main element range of a high-entropy alloy, and high-entropy of the welding line is achieved. The welding line has the excellent strength and toughness, the brittle intermetallic compound is effectively removed, and the comprehensive mechanical performanceis good.
