Problems solved by technology

Although this method can quickly detect microorganisms, it needs to be cultured and then identified, and it cannot directly detect microorganisms in real time.
[0005] In the prior art, there is no accurate and effective method for real-time separation, detection and identification of microorganisms. Commonly used methods for microbial identification require cultivation and purification of microorganisms before identification. These methods are costly, inefficient, and complicated to operate. direct rapid detection

Abstract

The invention discloses a microorganism real-time separation detection method, which comprises: (1) introducing microorganism particles into a separation device under the action of vacuum; (2) dispersing the microorganisms with different particle sizes by using the separation device capable of differentially separating particles with different particle sizes, and depositing at different positionsin a collection device; (3) taking out the collection device, adding a matrix, and carrying out drying treatment; and (4) placing the dried collection device into a microorganism identification device, and identifying to obtain the identified results of the microorganism. The invention further provides applications of a separation detection apparatus in separation detection identification of microorganisms. According to the present invention, with the method and the apparatus, the technical problem that the rapid detection is difficult to achieve in the microorganism separation detection identification technology can be overcome, the microorganisms with different particle sizes can be directly detected, and the rapid separation detection of microorganisms under various detection occasionscan be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of separation and detection of microorganisms, in particular to a method for the separation and detection of microorganisms in real time and the application of a separation and detection device in the separation, detection and identification of microorganisms. Background technique [0002] The detection and identification of microorganisms involves many fields, such as clinical diagnosis, environmental monitoring, food safety and so on. Rapid and accurate identification of microorganisms is of great significance to human life and health. Traditional microbial detection and identification are mainly based on the morphology and physiological and biochemical reactions of bacteria. Although this type of identification has high accuracy and specificity, it is difficult to achieve rapid and simple detection and identification due to the long cycle of microbial purification and culture and sample analysis. Some commercial ...
