The method comprises the following steps of: S1, dividing a target CAD model into a grid model; S2, reading a target grid model file and constructing a data matrix of network nodes; S3, establishing a center point coordinate data matrix of a target surface grid node tangent lighting stroke sphere, constructing a lightening stroke sphere and calculating topological features of lightening stroke attachment points; S4, judging and calculating a lightning stroke probability characteristics of a lightning stroke contact point on the surface of an airplane target according to a result of the step S3; and S5, repeating the steps S3 to S4 to carry out calculationand statistic on lightning stroke probabilities of the same lightning stroke contact point under all the lightning stroke sphere radii, so as to obtain a lightning stroke attachment point distributionresult of the airplane target.
