Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting strains in a compounding ratio: selecting geotrichum candidum which is 3% of the total weight of materials, candida utilis which is 4% of the total weight of the materials, and saccharomyces cerevisiae which is 4% of the total weight of thematerials, and performing mixed fermentation; and (2) preparing bran: crushing bran, performing screening with a 60-mesh sieve, adding nutritive salt liquor which is 0.8% of total weight of dried materials, wherein the nutritive salt liquor comprises 0.05% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.024% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.04% of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.06% of potassium nitrate and0.013% of ammonium chloride.
