The modified reduced graphene oxide is used for modifying polypropylene resin, and the water purification filter element melt and blown with the polypropylene resin has good antibacterial performance and brings a higher-level guarantee for use safety of a water purifier; and meanwhilefurthermore, superfine active carbon powder is uniformly sprayed along with air flow and adheres to the surface of uncured fusedmolten polypropylene to form superfine fiber coated with the active carbonpowder, thereby greatly enhancing the filtration capacity of the melt-blown filter element to organic substances and residual chlorine. The high antibacterial activity of the graphene and the high adsorption capacity of the active carbon are artfully loaded into the polypropylene melt-blown filter element simultaneously, so that the comprehensive filtering effect and the added value of the productare greatly improved, and the market prospect is good.
