This invention relates to a pipeline-type thermal disinfection device and its usage method, comprising a pure water
machine, a first electric three-way valve, a
circulating pump, a heater, a second electric three-way valve, and a third electric three-way valve, sequentially connected via stainless steel pipes. The pure water
machine includes a
raw water inlet, a pure water outlet, and a
wastewater outlet. The
raw water inlet is connected to a
tap water pipe, and the
wastewater outlet is connected to a sewer. Interface one of the first electric three-way valve is connected to the
raw water outlet, interface two is connected to the inlet of the
circulating pump, and interface three is connected to interface one of the third electric three-way valve. Interfaces two and three of the third electric three-way valve are respectively connected to the raw water inlet and interface three of the second electric three-way valve. Interfaces two and one of the second electric three-way valve are respectively connected to the
wastewater discharge pipe and the outlet of the heater. This device is integrated with the ward
piping, seamlessly connecting with the ward's pure water
piping, with no
dead space, preventing
bacterial growth during idle periods; it has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and has a high degree of
automation.
