Abstract

The invention relates to a combined type servo hydraulic actuator which comprises a servo cylinder piston rod with one end fixed and a cylinder barrel. The other end of the servo cylinder piston rod stretches into a servo cylinder of the cylinder barrel. An oil inlet channel and an oil return channel are formed in the servo cylinder piston rod. A piston of the servo cylinder piston rod is providedwith a damping hole for enabling a servo cylinder rod cavity to communicate with a servo cylinder rodless cavity. The servo cylinder piston rod is connected with one end of a valve element through areset device, the valve element and the piston of the servo cylinder piston rod form a mechanohydraulic servo valve, the other end of the valve element stretches into a loading cylinder of the cylinder barrel and is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the loading cylinder, the loading cylinder is provided with a pressure servo valve and a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of a rodlesscavity of the loading cylinder, an oil inlet of the pressure servo valve is connected with a constant pressure oil inlet, a working oil port of the pressure servo valve is connected with the rodless cavity of the loading cylinder, the pressure sensor is connected with a controller, and the controller is connected with the pressure servo valve.
