[0033] The present invention also provides a preparation method of a polymer chelating agent for capturing heavy metals in fly ash, comprising the following steps:

[0034] A. Add 0-10 parts of sodium polyphosphate to 40 parts of oligoacrylamide and 100 parts of pure water, stir at a uniform speed at a system temperature of 12°C until dissolved, and obtain an aqueous solution of acrylamide;

[0035] B. When the system temperature is lower than 20°C, take 10-30 parts of CS 2 Add 15-35 parts of 40% NaOH synchronously and uniformly to the acrylamide aqueous solution, and keep stirring for 90 minutes;

[0036] C. Raise the temperature of the system to 40° C., keep stirring, and complete the reaction in 1.5 hours to obtain a polymer chelating agent for capturing heavy metals in fly ash.

[0037] Preferably, the step A is specifically:

[0038] Add sodium polyphosphate to 40 parts of oligoacrylamide and 100 parts of pure water at a temperature of 3°C, raise the temperature of the ...

Embodiment 1

[0058] The preparation method of the macromolecular chelating agent for heavy metal capture of fly ash comprises the following steps:

[0059] A1. Add 0.5Kg of sodium polyphosphate to 2Kg of low polyacrylamide (Mw≤10000) and 5Kg of pure water, and stir at a uniform speed at a system temperature of 12°C to dissolve to obtain an aqueous solution of acrylamide;

[0060] B1. When the system temperature is lower than 20℃, take 0.5Kg CS 2 Add 0.75Kg 40% NaOH simultaneously and uniformly dropwise to the acrylamide aqueous solution, and keep stirring for 90 minutes;

[0061] C1. The system is heated to 40° C., kept stirring, and the reaction is completed in 1.5 hours to obtain a macromolecular chelating agent 1 for capturing heavy metals in fly ash, which is for later use.

Embodiment 2

[0063] The component selection and preparation steps of the present embodiment 2 are basically the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the differences are:

[0064] Sodium polyphosphate: 0.25Kg;

[0065] CS 2 : 0.75Kg;

[0066] 40%NaOH: 1Kg;

[0067] The macromolecular chelating agent 2 for capturing heavy metals in fly ash was obtained, which was used for later use.

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-molecular chelating agent for capturing heavy metal flying ash and a preparation method of same. The chelating agent can effectively immobilize heavy metal in flying ashand reduce environmental pollution due to waste incineration. The high-molecular chelating agent includes the components of pure water, acrylamide oligomer, sodium polyphosphate, CS2, and a 40% NaOHsolution. The preparation method includes the steps: A) adding 0-10 parts of sodium polyphosphate to 40 parts of the acrylamide oligomer and 100 parts of pure water, and stirring the mixture at constant speed at the system temperature of 12 DEG C until dissolution, thus producing an acrylamide water solution; B) synchronously and uniformly dropwise adding 10-30 parts of the CS2 and 15-35 parts ofthe 40% NaOH solution to the acrylamide water solution at the system temperature of lower than 20 DEG C, and keeping stirring the system for 90 min; C) heating the system to 40 DEG C and keeping stirring the system, and completing the reaction for 1.5 h to prepare the chelating agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of polymer chelating agents, in particular to a polymer chelating agent for capturing heavy metals in fly ash and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In daily life, people produce a lot of garbage every day, especially household garbage. One of the ways to deal with household garbage is incineration. [0003] Incineration is to oxidize organic waste into inert gaseous substances and inorganic non-combustible substances under the conditions of high temperature and sufficient oxygen supply, forming stable and easy-to-handle solid residues, and the heat energy released during the incineration process can be recycled and used to generate electricity, etc., but Incineration produces a large amount of fly ash containing heavy metals. Fly ash, also known as fly ash or soot, is an environmentally hazardous waste. The main composition of fly ash is a mixture of oxidation and salinization containing var...
