Embodiment 1

[0028] Add 150 grams of naphthalene and 150 grams of naphthol in a 1000 ml three-necked flask, heat and melt to 120° C. and turn on the stirrer. Then, the temperature was raised to 150°C and 240 grams of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid was evenly added dropwise, and kept at 159-162°C for 2-3 hours under stirring to carry out the sulfonation reaction. After the reaction, cool down to 120°C, add 120 grams of polyethylene glycol 600, and continue the reaction for 3 hours; then add 80ml of water, hydrolyze at 110-120°C for 30 minutes, and then add sulfuric acid to make the total acidity about 30%. Add 30 grams of naphthalene acetic acid and mix well. Then add 190 grams of formaldehyde to condense within 2 hours, during which the temperature is controlled between 110-120°C; (3) After adding formaldehyde, the temperature is controlled between 95-105°C and kept for 2.5 hours, neutralized with alkali to pH =6-9, the liquid product of the modified naphthalene-based water reducer of the...

Embodiment 2

[0030] Other steps are with embodiment 1, and difference only is that used raw material proportioning is 150 grams of naphthalene, 150 grams of naphthols, 240 grams of vitriol oil, polyethylene glycol 600 90 grams, 45 grams of naphthaleneacetic acid, 195 grams of formaldehyde.

Embodiment 3

[0032] Other steps are with embodiment 1, and difference only is that used raw material proportioning is 150 grams of naphthalene, 150 grams of naphthols, 240 grams of vitriol oil, polyethylene glycol 600 90 grams, naphthalene acetic acid 60 grams, formaldehyde 200 grams.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a modified naphthalene water reducer, which comprises the following steps: adding naphthalene and naphthol to a reaction kettle in a ratio of 1:1, heating and adding concentrated sulfuric acid, and then performing sulfonation reaction; cooling the materials and adding polyethylene glycol 600 for further reaction; then adding cold water for hydrolysis, cooling and controlling the temperature between 100-110 DEG C, adding naphthylacetic acid and uniformly mixing, adding formaldehyde for condensation; preserving heat for 2.5h, neutralizing with alkaline, so as to obtain a modified naphthalene water reducer liquid product, and performing spray drying, thus obtaining a powdery product. According to the invention, by adding naphthol and naphthylacetic acid, hydroxyl and carboxyl are introduced to the water reducer; after sulfonation reaction, a monomer which has a polyoxyethylene ether long chain and can participate in condensation reaction canbe produced by further acid catalysis action; a water reducer obtained by copolycondensation has sulfonyl, hydroxyl, carboxyl and polyoxyethylene ether long chain in the molecular chain. Sulfonyl, hydroxyl and carboxyl have a synergistic water reducing effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of concrete water reducers, in particular to a preparation method of a modified naphthalene-based water reducer. Background technique [0002] Naphthalene-based superplasticizers used to be the largest and most widely used high-efficiency superplasticizers in my country. They are characterized by high water-reducing rate, no air entrainment, little influence on setting time, and relatively good adaptability to cement. Various other admixtures are used in combination, and the price is relatively cheap. Naphthalene-based water reducers are often used to prepare high-fluidity, high-strength, high-performance concrete. However, it is difficult for the existing naphthalene-based water-reducing agents to have both high-efficiency water-reducing performance and good concrete reinforcement performance, while maintaining a small slump loss over time. [0003] This is because the molecular structure of naphthalene-based water ...
