According to the method, the film coating raw materials are selected, the film coating solution additive is prepared, the film coating solution is treated, smelting forming treatment is conducted, the non-woven fabric is cooled and reinforced, and a flame retardant, a curing agent and a catalyst are selected as auxiliary materials.
