Abstract

The invention relates to an environment-friendly offset printing ink and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly offset printing ink comprises the following components by weight: 50 to65 parts of film-forming resin, 15 to 25 parts of vegetable oil, 15 to 25 parts of pigment, 2-5 parts of a surfactant and 1-3 parts of an auxiliary agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the desired weight parts of the film-forming resin and the vegetable oil under stirring to obtain a connecting material; adding the pigment, the surfactant and the auxiliary agent intothe connecting material, and carrying out stirring at a high speed and adequate wetting and dispersing; and then grinding a mixture obtained in the previous step in a three-roll grinder so as to obtain the environment-friendly offset printing ink. Compared with the prior art, the environment-friendly offset printing ink of the invention is good in friction resistance, strong, thick and bright incolor, safe to use, friendly to environment, small in VOC emission and capable of reducing air pollution; and the preparation method is simple in production process, low in production cost and applicable to large-scale industrial production.
