The energy-saving and emission-reducing device is characterized in that the main steam supply channel is further connected with a pressure and temperature reduction station; an auxiliary tube connected with the boiler steam mother tubes is arranged beside the main steam supply channel, and one end of the auxiliary tube is connected into the positions, above the grid-connection isolation valves, of the boiler steam mother tubes; and the other end of the auxiliary pipe is connected into the pressure and temperature reduction station.
