Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel electroconductive antistatic material. Carbon fiber is used to replace electroconductive carbon black, and performance of existing electroconductive antistatic materials is improved through enhancing, toughening and modifying. The novel electroconductive antistatic material is prepared from 50-70 parts of polyphenyl ether, 15-30 parts of polystyrene, 3-8 parts of toughener, 10-15 parts of carbon fiber, 0-0.5 part of antioxidant and 0-0.5 part of lubricant. The preparation method includes: weighing the components according to the formula for standby use; putting other raw materials except for the carbon fiber into a blender; after well stirring, discharging into a transfer box for standby use; setting temperature of production equipment to 280-310 DEG C, and subjecting well-stirred raw materials to fusion blending, extrusion, stretching and dicing through a double-screw extruder. The electroconductive antistatic material prepared according to the formula and the process is good in electroconductive performance, high in product strength, toughness and thermal deformation temperature and good in processing performance, productionefficiency is improved, and environment pollution is reduced.
