According to the coating wastewater treatment method provided by the invention, coating wastewater enters into the adjusting tank, the coagulation reaction sedimentation tank, the flocculation air flotation device, the neutral reaction tank, the water collecting tank, the hydroxyl solution generating system, the filtration adsorber and the clear water recycling tank in sequence to complete primary treatment process and deep treatment process on wastewater. The coating wastewater integral treatment equipment designed in the invention is thorough in treatment, free of secondary pollution and short in period, and the effluent quality meets wastewater recycling and up-to-standard discharge standards, so that the equipment is expected to be used for industrial treatment of coating wastewater.
