The system comprises: a domestic garbage screening box, a garbage bin transport vehicle, a garbage crushing device, a straw dry anaerobic fermentation device, a biogas storage device, a biogas biological desulfurization device, a biogas pressurization treatment device, a biogas purification device and a biogas refilling tank. The system has the advantages of simple structure, high fermentation efficiency, easy assembly and simple operation, employs the domestic garbage screening box for classification treatment ofgarbage, uses the garbage bin transport vehicle to transfer the garbage to a garbage station, and crushes the garbage with the garbage crushing device, the crushed garbage is poured into the straw dry anaerobic fermentation device for fermentation, fermented biogas is introduced into the biogas storage device for collection, the collected biogas is subjected to desulfurization and dehydration bythe biogas biological desulfurization device, the desulfurized and dehydrated biogas is introduced into the biogas pressurization treatment device for pressurization, the pressurized biogas is purified by the biogas purification device, and the purified biogas is input into the biogas refilling tank.
