Problems solved by technology

Bioremediation technology is generally suitable for the restoration of light pollution. In the case of high pollution, microorganisms are generally not easy to survive, and it is difficult to effectively remove pollutants.
Bioremediation technology is sensitive to the soil environment, and the repair period is long and the stability is poor

Embodiment 1

[0021] Three types of offshore areas with different degrees of oil pollution were selected, numbered I, II, and III, and unpolluted sediments were selected as the blank control group. The content of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) in sediments was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry (GB17378.5-2007). The measurement results are shown in Table 1:

Embodiment 2

[0031] Sediments with heavy oil pollution are selected to represent the polluted marine sediments after the oil spill accident, and they are numbered IV and V respectively.

[0032] The clam worms were collected from the intertidal zone near Tianjin, and mature individuals with a body length greater than 5 cm in good health were selected for the experiment.

[0033] The experimental method is the same as in Example 1, and the test area is 1m 2 , the depth of the fence is 50cm, and the stocking density is 350 pieces / m 2 . The timing (0d) started when the clamworm was put into the sediment, and the petroleum hydrocarbon content in the sediment was measured on the 4th, 15th and 30th day, respectively. The measurement results are shown in Table 3:

Abstract

The invention provides application of perinereis aibuhitensis grube in controlling petroleum hydrocarbon pollution and a control method, and relates to the technical field of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution remediation. The application comprises adding perinereis aibuhitensis grube into sediment of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution, wherein the addition density of the perinereis aibuhitensis grube is 300 to 400/m<2>. According to the application, when concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon in the sediment does not exceed 30 mg/g dry weight, in a process that the perinereis aibuhitensis grube isadded into the sediment of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution for 30d, the perinereis aibuhitensis grube performs normal burrowing and ingestion activies in the sediment, oxygen content of the sediment is increased, the adding of the perinereis aibuhitensis grube can effectively promote removal of the petroleum hydrocarbon in the sediment with a removal rate of 22% to 37%, and therefore, the application has characteristics of safety, efficiency, low cost and wide range of application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution restoration, and in particular relates to the application and treatment method of the double-toothed clamworm in the treatment of petroleum hydrocarbon pollution. Background technique [0002] Petroleum is a complex mixture composed of thousands of substances with different chemical properties. Pollution and omission accidents in the process of petroleum exploration, smelting, use and transportation, as well as the discharge of oily wastewater, sewage irrigation, volatilization and incompleteness of various petroleum products The falling of combustibles has caused a series of soil oil pollution problems. In particular, the ground crude oil produced in the process of oil exploitation has become an important source of soil mineral oil pollution. Many studies have shown that petroleum hydrocarbons have carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects on mammals and humans afte...
