Embodiment 1

[0027] Get the same three kinds of cigarette papers as the control example and carry out drip coating treatment. The drop coating solution contained 3 wt% sodium phosphate and 2 wt% dextran 20. After the base paper of the cigarette is treated with dripping solution (5ml of dripping solution), it is air-dried for 16 hours to make the moisture content of the cigarette paper reach a constant level. Use the same shredded tobacco and the same rolling process parameters as the control example to roll into cigarette sticks , light the cigarette, and then evaluate the ash wrapping effect of the cigarette paper after it is lit. figure 2 It is a schematic diagram of the ash coating effect of the cigarette paper of Example 1 after being ignited. From figure 1 and figure 2 It can be seen that the ash-packing performance of the cigarette paper of this example is better than that of the cigarette paper of the comparative example.

Embodiment 2

[0029] Get the same three kinds of cigarette papers as the control example and carry out drip coating treatment. The drop coating solution contained 2.5 wt% sodium phosphate and 3 wt% dextran 20. After the base paper of the cigarette is treated with dripping solution (5ml of dripping solution), it is air-dried for 16 hours to make the moisture content of the cigarette paper reach a constant level. Use the same shredded tobacco and the same rolling process parameters as the control example to roll into cigarette sticks , light the cigarette, and then evaluate the ash wrapping effect of the cigarette paper after it is lit. image 3 It is a schematic diagram of the ash coating effect of the cigarette paper of Example 2 after being ignited. From figure 1 and image 3 It can be seen that the ash-packing performance of the cigarette paper of this example is better than that of the cigarette paper of the comparative example.

Embodiment 3

[0031] Take a certain brand of cigarette paper for drip coating. The auxiliary agent is prepared by mixing 3wt% sodium phosphate and 3wt% dextran 40. Figure 4 It is a schematic diagram of the ash coating effect of the cigarette paper of Example 3 after being ignited. From figure 1 and Figure 4 It can be seen that the ash-packing performance of the cigarette paper of this example is better than that of the cigarette paper of the comparative example.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of improving the ash wrapping effect of cigarette paper. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dispensing a dispensing liquid containing dextran uniformly to the cigarette paper; and (2) air-drying the cigarette paper dispensed in the step (1). According to the method, dextran is applied to improving the ash coating performance of the cigarette paper for the first time, so that a very good effect is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarettes, and in particular relates to a method for improving the effect of cigarette paper wrapping ash. Background technique [0002] The ash state of cigarette paper is directly related to the sensory quality of cigarettes and the vital interests of smokers. Cigarette paper with poor ash-wrapping effect cannot wrap the shredded tobacco well and cause the ash to fall, which not only pollutes the environment but also seriously affects the smoking experience of smokers. With the improvement of smokers' requirements for cigarette products, more and more cigarette manufacturers pay more and more attention to the ash wrapping effect of cigarette paper and gray content of cigarette paper ash. At present, some cigarette paper manufacturers improve the ash performance of cigarette paper packs by researching and improving the production process of cigarette paper, and have achieved certain results. For examp...
