The method comprises: finding out edge control points of an area to be processed in an image, calculating the outer normal vectors at the control points, employing the Hermit interpolation method to solve an interpolation coefficient, and obtaining an interpolation function; initializing a deformation model curved surface corresponding to the area to be processed into the image, overlapping the center of the model curved surface with the center of the area to be processed, taking the discrete vertex on the deformation model curved surface as an interpolated point, and employing the interpolating point and the interpolation coefficient to solve the level set function value of the interpolating point; employing the coordinates of the interpolating point and the interpolation coefficient to solve the level set gradient vector at each interpolating point; and performing curved surface iteration movement of the level set and the normal vector of the deformation model curved surface interpolating point to allow the edge of the deformation model curved surface to be gradually close to the edge of the area to be processed of the level set function being zero and generate a three-dimensional image.

The invention relates to a preparation method for a high-toughness material of a polypropylene/shear thickening fluid microcapsule. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, dispersing nano silicon dioxide in polypropylene glycol under a high-speed mixing effect of a high-speed shearing and emulsifying machine to obtain a shear thickening fluid; secondly, uniformly mixing the prepared shear thickening fluid with water according to a certain ratio to obtain a uniform solution; thirdly, adding an emulsifier and an organic solvent into the uniform solution and mixing through a mixer to obtain a uniform water-in-oil emulsion; fourthly, transferring the water-in-oil emulsion into a three-mouth flask and adding isocyanate for reaction to obtain a shear thickening fluid microcapsule; fifthly, carrying out melt blending on polypropylene and the shear thickening fluid microcapsule in one or a combination of more of an open mixer, an internal mixer and an extruder to obtain the high-toughness material of the polypropylene/shear thickening fluid microcapsule. Compared with a general toughening polypropylene material, the rigidity of polypropylene cannot be reduced while the toughness of polypropylene is enhanced, the heat resistance and the processing flowability of polypropylene are improved, and the shear thickening fluid microcapsule is changed into solid powder which is more convenient to form in comparison with liquid.

The method comprises the following steps: (1), weighing various raw materials according to stoichiometric ratios of various Si80Ge20Px atoms, wherein x is 2-10; (2), carrying out high-frequency induction melting of the weighed raw materials, and naturally cooling to obtain an ingot; (3), carrying out melt-spinning of the obtained ingot so as to obtain a thin strip; and (4), grinding the obtained thin strip into powder, and carrying out discharge plasma activated sintering so as to obtain a SiGe high-temperature thermoelectric alloy. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being short in preparation period, simple in process, high-efficiency, energy-saving and the like; the whole preparation process can be completed within 2 h; the conductivity of the prepared SiGe high-temperature thermoelectric alloy material is above 105 S/m; the power factor is above 3.5*10<-3> W/mK<2>; the thermoelectric performance optimal value ZT is up to 0.9 at 920 K; compared with the RTG level, the thermoelectric performance optimal value is increased by nearly 40%; and thus, the method disclosed by the invention has important practical application value.

The orthogonal analysis and accurate reconstruction method comprises the following steps: carrying out empirical mode decomposition on an original signal x to obtain M corresponding intrinsic mode functions, carrying out standardization on the intrinsic mode functions, arranging to obtain one matrix in a column vector form, and establishing the optimization problem P of the matrix; setting an orthogonal matrix and a diagonal matrix obtained by singular value decomposition as follows, and solving an optimal solution of the optimization problem P, i.e., obtaining accurate orthonormal approximation U; finding the optimal projection of the signal x in a vector space which is formed by expansion of U; and reconstructing the signal x. By use of the orthogonal analysis and accurate reconstruction method, an optimized method is used for solving the accurate orthonormal approximation of the intrinsic mode function, an approximate vector can be efficiently obtained in real time, meanwhile, the approximate vector can retain the property of an original intrinsic mode function to a maximum extent, the optimal projection from the original signal to the approximate vector is obtained, and therefore, the approximate vector can be guaranteed to have a low reconstruction error so as to guarantee the accurate reconstruction of the one-dimensional signal.
