Abstract

A color layer is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 30-90 parts of soluble polyamideimide resin which is solidunder 25 DEG C, 20-40 parts of polyfunctional group methacrylate, 10-15 parts of a polymerization initiator, 20-30 parts of polymerizability monomer, 1-5 parts of nitrocotton, 1-5 parts of filler, 15-30 parts of modified polyether, 1-5 parts of cyanate ester, 5-20 parts of hindered phenol, 10-30 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of liquid paraffin and 5-10 parts of an auxiliary agent. In the color layer of acrylic resin, nitrocotton and filler are added to enable a hot foil to become looser during use, the resin with proper adhesive force is combined with crisp and hard resin to improve the brittleness of the color layer, in addition, the combination force of the color layer, an aluminized layer and a release layer is not affected, and therefore, the hot foil has the ability of carrying out hot stamping on fine lines and has a large-area territory.
