Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-point measurement system and method based on a phosphor particle tracer method. The measurement system comprises a pulse injection device, a flash excitation device, aphosphor detection device and a data acquisition and control device. The pulse injection device comprises an injection spray gun, an electromagnetic valve and a gas cylinder. The flash excitation device comprises an excitation ring and a flash lamp tube. The excitation ring and the flash lamp tube are arranged at the downstream part of the injection spray gun and are close to the injection spray gun. The phosphor detection device comprises a plurality of photosensitive elements arranged in different positions of the same cross section in a to-be-detected tube. The data acquisition and controldevice is connected with the electromagnetic valve, the flash lamp tube and the photosensitive elements. Phosphor particles are injected into the to-be-detected tube from the injection spray gun in the form of a material bomb and are excited by the flash excitation device to form a phosphor tracer agent with afterglow, then the phosphor tracer agent is detected by the phosphor detection device toobtain an afterglow intensity signal, and the correction concentration is calculated out. According to the measurement system and method, synchronous multi-point measurement in a gas-solid two-phase flow field can be effectively realized, so that the overall state of the flow field can be reflected more accurately.
