The high-elasticity non-woven fabric layer is a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) melt-blown non-woven fabric made of a TPU material. The elastic decoration layer is formed through coating the high-elasticity non-woven fabric layer with the TPU material. The elongation percentage of the high-elasticity stress layer is smaller than that of the TPU melt-blown non-woven fabric. The high-elasticityfloating-process warp-knitted base cloth is composed of two bundles of comb lining warp yarns and lining weft yarns, and one bundle of comb binding yarns. The lining warp yarns are polyester light-network or network-free DTY and the lining weft yarns are polyester high-shrinkage DTY; the binding yarns are polyester middle-network or light-network DTY.
