Problems solved by technology

At present, vermicomposting is mostly produced in strips that occupy a large area. Not only does the site require a large area, but also the labor intensity is high. It is urgent to explore the factory operation mode. At this stage, the automation equipment for vermiculture is not mature. products, and there are no related patents and papers

Embodiment Construction

[0030] In order to better understand the present invention, the specific implementation manners of the present invention will be explained in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0031] A mechanized farming system for biogas slag and earthworm composting, comprising a transmission breeding mechanism 1, a transition mechanism 2, and a cloth collection mechanism 3; There is a row of conveyor pulleys 18 symmetrically connected, and side beams 16 are respectively connected to the outside of the two rows of conveyor pulleys 18; the first conveyor belt 11 and the second conveyor belt 12 are respectively installed on the two rows of conveyor pulleys 18; Two conveyor belts are used alternately, and the conveyor belt dedicated to transporting materials is transformed into a static earthworm breeding platform, which has a high degree of creativity in field conversion. The conversion basically does not need to consume too much power, and the degree of automation i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a biogas-residue-based earthworm composting mechanized breeding system, which includes a conveying breeding mechanism, a transition mechanism and a distributing and collectingmechanism. The breeding mechanism is composed of a two-row conveyor belt type breeding platform. When a first conveyor belt is rotated, a distributing mechanism distributes treated biogas residue withearthworms on the first conveyor belt and arranges the treated biogas residue with earthworms into a biogas residue composting stack with a height of 50cm and a width occupying the full width of thefirst conveyor belt. After the biogas residue stack covers the entire first conveyor belt, the first conveyor belt stops rotating. After the earthworms on the first conveyor belt consume the biogas residue and convert the biogas residue into earthworm dung, the second conveyor belt is rotated. When the second conveyor belt begins to rotate, a transition belt of the transition mechanism rotates synchronously, and an attractant spraying device on the arranging mechanism sprays attractant onto the transition belt. After the laying of biogas residue is completed, the second conveyor belt and the transition mechanism stop rotating, and the earthworms are attracted by the attractant to a biogas residue stack system on the second conveyor belt.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of earthworm cultivation, in particular to a simple, convenient and highly automated earthworm composting mechanized cultivation system. Background technique [0002] Earthworms can be used as high-quality protein feed for livestock and poultry (chicken, duck, cattle, sheep, etc.) and aquatic products (fish, shrimp, crab, etc.) and have high medicinal value, so earthworms are also a good special breeding project. Vermicompost is also a good biological fertilizer, rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, humus, organic matter and magnesium, boron, nickel, manganese and other trace elements needed by crops, it is a cheap and efficient fertilizer for fruits, flowers, vegetables and nurseries fertilizer. With the large-scale construction of biogas projects in farms, the generated biogas residues urgently need to be utilized and disposed of as resources. Practice has found that biogas residues are the best raw materials ...
