specific Embodiment approach 1

[0026] Specific implementation mode 1: This implementation mode is a method for preparing biochar by carbonizing and modifying waste cigarette butts at high temperature, which is specifically carried out according to the following steps:

[0027] 1. Cut the discarded cigarette butts into pieces with scissors, place the pieces in the reactor, add deionized water to the reactor, and use the hydrothermal method to carbonize to obtain hydrated carbon; the quality of the cigarette butts and the deionized The volume ratio of ionized water is 1g:(10mL~15mL); the temperature of the hydrothermal method is 220°C~240°C, and the time is 4h~5h;

[0028] 2. Transfer the hydrated carbon prepared in step 1 to a centrifuge tube for centrifugation, decant out the supernatant, wash repeatedly with deionized water until the supernatant is clear and transparent, and dry to obtain carbonaceous substances; the speed of the centrifugation is 10000r / min~11000r / min, the centrifugation time is 5min~10m...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0040] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that the debris described in step 1 has a length less than 5 mm and a diameter of 1 mm to 5 mm. Others are the same as the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0041] Embodiment 3: This embodiment is different from Embodiment 1 or 2 in that: the temperature of the hydrothermal method described in step 1 is 220° C., and the time is 4 hours. Others are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing biochar by high temperature carbonized modified waste cigarette butt and an application of the biochar. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the existing water body has serious pollution of bisphenol A and pollution caused by waste cigarette butts. The method comprises the following steps: 1), carbonizing the cigarette butts by a hydrothermal method; 2), performing centrifugation and drying; 3), performing high temperature pyrolysis; and 4), adding acid and performing pumping filtration. The prepared biochar is used as an adsorbent to remove the bisphenol A in the water body. The method adopts waste cigarette butts as a raw material for preparing the biochar, and combines with the removal of BPA, the high-temperature carbonized modified waste cigarette butt biochar has little effect on the removal of BPA by adding humic acid under different pH conditions, has obvious selectivity, and has targeted selectivity to BPA in actual water. At the same time, the biochar has the significantly improved adsorption performance on BPA compared with commercial activated carbon, which provides an effective and feasible way to improve water quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application of biochar. Background technique [0002] Endocrine disruptors (EDCs) can mimic the biological activities of natural hormones, occupy hormone receptors, or interfere with the transport and metabolism of natural hormones, ultimately posing risks to animals and humans. Therefore, EDCs have attracted much attention in recent years. Bisphenol A (BPA), one of these EDCs, is widely used as a monomer in the production of epoxy resins, polycarbonate, and other plastics, widely exists in nature, and is considered as an important pollutant. According to reports, BPA pollution has been detected in industrial wastewater, groundwater, surface water and even drinking water, which seriously threatens the life safety of human beings and organisms in the natural environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to develop a new adsorbent for the removal of bisphenol A in water. [0003] In the 1950s, s...
