Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0019] The present invention proposes a medical CT-oriented simulation phantom generation method. First, the existing open clinical medical images are segmented through a neural network to obtain the outlines of different human tissue structures. Then, the segmentation results are artificially processed using software such as Matlab. Information matching and calibration, the X-ray absorption coefficient in the phantom corresponds to different tissue structures, thereby simulating the entire CT scanning process, and a large amount of projection data of different human tissue structures can be obtained in a short time. It has laid a good foundation for the system optimization and image reconstruction process. The frame diagram of medical CT scanning simulation process is as follows: figure 1 As shown, the flow chart of the method for obtaining the phantom is as follows ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a CT simulation phantom generation method, comprising the following steps: (1) establishing a neural network data set; (2) training a convolution neural network; (3) performingsegmentation of clinical CT images; (4) calibrating physical parameters; (5) simulating a CT scanning process. This method uses convolution neural network to segment the existing medical images, andthe segmentation results are artificially imported and calibrated to simulate the absorption process of X-rays in human tissues, so that the projection data can be obtained for subsequent detection and image reconstruction. This method can conveniently and quickly simulate the real human body structure and realize the computed tomography simulation experiment, which promotes the further development of precision medicine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of computerized tomography (CT), in particular to a method for generating a CT simulation phantom. A phantom database is generated by using a medical image segmentation method to simulate a computerized tomography process, which can promote the rapid development of scientific research in the CT field. Background technique [0002] Computed tomography (CT) is one of the most commonly used disease detection methods in the medical field today, and high-precision CT imaging technology plays a vital role in the development of the medical field in my country. However, clinical diagnosis information involves personal privacy and long-term exposure to radiation will cause irreversible damage to the human body, making public scan data resources scarce, which brings a heavy burden to researchers in the CT field and greatly limits the development of this field. The acquisition and use of the phantom database is one of the core i...
