Abstract

The invention discloses a method for designing and constructing a pipeline valve noise reduction model. The valve model and the initial noise reduction model are established, and the flow channel model is extracted from the fluid domain. The flow channel model is meshed and divided into several sets of flow channel models with different number of meshes. The discharge coefficient and drag coefficient of the flow passage in the flow passage mesh model are calculated, and the results of the discharge coefficient and drag coefficient of the two flow passage mesh models are compared, and only oneflow passage mesh model is obtained. The numerical simulation is carried out, and the flow field is analyzed by the numerical simulation of the flow passage mesh model. The total pressure cloud picture and the velocity cloud picture are intercepted respectively. After analysis, the initial noise reduction model is adjusted to obtain the noise reduction model. The method of the invention can greatly reduce the manpower and material resources and generate smaller waste, and has practical significance in engineering.
