The invention relates to a method for rapidly detecting the grade of a polyethylene tube special-purposed material. The method comprises the steps that: (1) a sample is detected, such that a differential scanning calorimetric curve is obtained; (2) various melting peaks on the curve are divided into four groups according to a temperature no lower than 127 DEG C, a temperature of 127-120 DEG C, a temperature of 110-120 DEG C, and a temperature no higher than 110 DEG C; corresponding integral areas are calculated; weight percentages and corresponding crystallizable sequence lengths are calculated, wherein a long sequence comprises no less than 260 methylene groups, a relatively long sequence comprises 260-160 methylene groups, a non-long sequence comprises 160-90 methylene groups, and a short sequence comprises no more than 90 methylene groups; and according to the lengths of the crystallizable sequences, polyethylene tube material grading is carried out according to quality contents, wherein long sequence content is 30-86%, relatively long sequence content is 3-25%, non-long sequence content is 3-30%, and short sequence content is 0-50%. The method provided by the invention is convenient, fast, and fund-saving. With the method, tube material novel product research and development processes can be accelerated, and online detection can be carried out.
