The present invention discloses a Chinese herbal medicine feed additive for improving immunity and growth of piglets. 3-8 parts of white atractylodes rhizome, 5-10 parts of radix astragali, 1-5 partsof radix saposhnikoviae, 1-5 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 15-20 parts of medicated leaven, 25-33 parts of malts, 10-20 parts of radix codonopsis and 10-15 parts of haws are compounded; then the compounded components are mixed with a carrier to obtain a pre-mixed No. 1 material; then the pre-mixed No.1 material is mixed evenly with the remaining carrier and auxiliary raw materials to obtain a pre-mixed No. 2 material; and then granulating, drying and sieving are conducted to prepare the Chinese herbal medicine feed additive.
