The fluorescent soft tile is prepared from raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 0.1%-1.5% of cellulose, 5%-10% of high-molecular polymer powder, 25%-35% of calcium carbonate, 40%-55% of silica sand and 1%-10% of afterglow phosphor powder. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the fluorescent soft tile. According to thefluorescent soft tile, a layer adopting the high-molecular polymer powder and the afterglow phosphor material is sintered to forma transparent protecting layer, the fluorescent soft tile has the advantages of high strength, light mass, elasticity, long afterglow time and the like, and compared with a traditional hard tile, the fluorescent soft tile can improve the grade of home decoration and a floor can have higher affinity; when applied to the floor, the soft tile with the fluorescence characteristic can provide appropriate light rays for people getting up at night without need of turning on a lamp and influence of other people's sleep, and electric power wasted by a long-lighting corridor lamp is saved. By means of luminous effect of external walls, a building looks top-grade and elegant.
