Abstract

The invention provides an abnormal detection system and a method for an operating log of a nuclear power plant DCS. The method comprises the following steps: collecting real-time and historical operation data of a DCS database system; storing a DCS operation log library; downloading a DCS operation procedure document and an alarm document; establishing a standard operation procedure according to the association between the operating procedure document and the alarm document; establishing a standard operation state model according to the historical operation data; receiving current operation state data in real time and determining whether the current operation data is abnormal; extracting an operation log corresponding to the abnormal state from the operation log library after confirming atime entry and a system scope according to an abnormal state signal; comparing with the extracted operation log according to a detection basis; determining whether the operation log is consistent withthe standard operation procedure; and reporting an abnormal detection result hierarchically. The abnormal detection system for the operation log of the nuclear power plant DCS has the beneficial effects that the operation log of the DCS is effectively detected, the operational risk caused by the misoperation is found in time, and the operation safety of the nuclear power plant is improved.
