Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing an anti-biological inoculant of Trichoderma atroviride from stevia rebaudiana residues. A Trichoderma atroviride ZYTA09 strain is collected with the collection number CGMCC 14133 in China general microbiological culture collection center. The anti-biological inoculant is prepared by fermenting Trichoderma atroviride ZYTA09 by using the stevia rebaudiana residues. The Trichoderma atroviride is fermented by using the method, so that production process links can be greatly reduced; and the Trichoderma atroviride is subjected to solid fermentation by using the method provided by the invention, so that a great number of conidiospores can be generated, the yield per unit is 2.5*10<9> spores, the fermentation unit is high, and the production process is environment-friendly and pollution-free.
