A method for preventing panax root rot based on a fungus-synthesized microbial community and application thereof

PendingCN122168419ABiocideFungiSporelingTrichoderma hamatum
This invention discloses a method for controlling root rot of Panax notoginseng based on a fungal synthetic microbial community and its application, belonging to the field of plant disease biological control technology. The method involves screening six fungal strains from the rhizosphere soil of healthy Panax notoginseng plants that have survived for three years in continuously cropped fields. These strains exhibit highly efficient antagonistic activity (inhibition rate ≥70%) against three pathogens of the genus *Fusarium*. A synthetic microbial community containing *Trichoderma atroviride*, *Trichoderma hamatum*, *Trichoderma petersenii*, *Trichoderma neokoningii*, *Trichoderma virilente*, and *Phanerochaete concrescens* was constructed at a viable count ratio of 1:350:590:14:30:755, and prepared to a spore concentration of 10... 8 -10 9 Capsules containing 10⁸ CFU / g are used. Before planting, apply the fertilizer to the bottom of the planting hole. After emergence, apply the fertilizer using a fertilizer applicator within a 5cm radius around the roots, 20-30g per plant (based on 10⁸ CFU / g). Apply once a month from 4-6 months after emergence, for three consecutive applications. During the application period, maintain soil moisture at 60%-70% and a temperature of 13-20℃. This method can reduce the incidence of root rot in Panax notoginseng to below 10.60%, while increasing yield per plant by 6% and increasing total saponin content by ≥20%, combining prevention, growth promotion, and environmental safety.

A complex microorganism for preventing and treating chestnut fruit rot and application thereof

ActiveCN121512011BBiocideFungiBiotechnologyEndophyte
The application discloses a kind of for preventing and treating chestnut fruit rot disease complex microorganism and its application. The application complex microorganism is composed of Trichoderma atroviride and Bacillus siamensis, Bacillus velezensis, by from chestnut fruit endophyte directional screening to seven kinds of core pathogenic bacteria have broad-spectrum inhibitory effect strain, is constructed after compatibility verification. It is superior in that: complex microbial population is synergistically controlled disease by direct antagonism and induced plant system resistance, significantly improves chestnut defense enzyme activity and total polyphenol, total flavone content;Indoor control efficiency reaches 90% (reduces the incidence), chestnut fruit in chestnut orchard treatment is reduced 60% and 42.86% respectively in 30 days and 120 days, effective and stability are obviously stronger than single strain, and the application complex microorganism can be introduced by flowering period or sprayed in storage period, and is convenient and flexible, provides efficient, stable biocontrol strategy for chestnut fruit rot green control.
