Abstract

The process has following procedures that is smelting, forging of a plate billet, hot rolling of a strip billet, solution heating treatment, 3-15 times of cold rolling annealing, and heat treatment of finished products. The GH4145 alloy strip is cold-rolled on a multi-roll cold rolling mill at room temperature, and the deformation per pass is controlled during the cold rolling process, so that the microstructure of each strip isrecrystallized, and no defects such as cracks and pits are generated. With the adopting of the preparation process, the obtained strip has the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface,simple process, raw material saving and labor hour saving, and is suitable for promoted application.
