The clogging experiment device comprises a cooling pipe bracket, a condensation pipe, a pressure gauge I, a water pipe, a pressure gauge II, a top cover, an upper barrel, a piezometer tube, a middle barrel, the geotextile, a pressure-bearing filtering screen, a lower barrel, a drain-pipe, a funnel,a collection bottle, an overflow pipe, a distilled water guide pipe, a distilled water generator, a water stopping valve, a distilled water collection tank, a room-temperature distilled water collection tank, a valve II, a spraying nozzle, a pressure-bearing porous plate, a filtering membrane and a drain valve. The clogging experiment device disclosed by the invention can be used for carrying outa clogging experiment of a soil body and a drainage material thereof in a tailing pond; the geotextiles with different tailing materials, different soil body compaction degrees and different pore diameters are subjected to a percolation experiment to analyze a percolation change rule of different tailings under different compaction degrees; meanwhile, permeability properties of the different geotextiles are analyzed under different conditions and reference is provided for selecting the suitable geotextiles; a theoretical foundation is provided for predicating the stability of the tailing ponds and various drainage projects, and preventing and controlling disasters.
