Embodiment Construction

[0033] In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the present invention clearer, the following will be described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the invention.

[0034] A memristor is a nanoscale circuit element with non-volatility, binary, multi-valued, analog three-state, and conductance (resistance) plasticity similar to a synapse. Sparse coding of information is the key mechanism for the biological nervous system to process a large amount of complex sensory data. It has important applications in signal processing, computer vision and other fields. Based on the great similarity between memristor and biological synapse and the storage and operation of cross array mechanism, memristor neural network can be used for information sparse ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an image reconstruction system based on cross array of memristors, including an image input processing module, a sparse encode module and an image output processing module, wherein the sparse encoding module comprises a first memristor cross array, a calculation conversion unit and a second memristor crossover array. The system realizes the image pixel dictionary set through two memristors crossing arrays, and the sparse coding is performed based on the two memristor crossover arrays to realize image reconstruction. Because the memristor consumes very little power, theoverall power consumption of the system is reduced compared with the existing schemes. In addition, the memristor processes data quickly, and the size of the nano-memristor cross-array is small, whichis easy to integrate, and the important vectors in the sparse coding can be realized efficiently and conveniently, so that the coding speed is faster, the efficiency of the system is improved, but also a valuable reference direction is provided for large-scale hardware implementation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of image processing, and more specifically, to an image reconstruction system based on a memristor cross array. Background technique [0002] Image reconstruction technology was initially applied in radiation medical equipment to display images of various parts of the human body, that is, computed tomography technology, or CT technology for short, and has gradually been applied in many fields. At present, the process of reconstructing images based on traditional hardware technical support is very energy-intensive and time-consuming. Therefore, how to realize image reconstruction under the premise of satisfying low power consumption has become a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an image reconstruction system based on a memristor cross array, which implements image reconstructi...
