Abstract
Disclosed are meal replacement compressed biscuits with a weight loss function and preparation and application thereof. The preparation method of the meal replacement compressed biscuits comprises thefollowing steps of 1) preparing a biscuit body by using a composition including flour, quinoa flour, euglenapowder and isomalt as a raw material, and conducting crushing to obtain biscuit powder; 2)uniformly mixing and compressing the biscuit powder, protein powder and medium chain triglyceride to prepare the compressed biscuits. The compressed biscuits have the advantages that components withthe weight loss function are added on the condition of ensuring the basic improvement of the biscuits, and the weight can be effectively lost; other components such as protein and flour are added to the compressed biscuits, the nutrition supply to the human body is ensured, and the meal replacement function is achieved.
