Problems solved by technology

Difficult to apply to optical products with high transparency, plastic parts with microstructure on the surface, high-strength composite parts, long and thin-walled parts, etc.
[0004] Premature cooling of the polymer solution will cause defects such as weld marks, flow marks, and dents on the surface of the injection molded parts, which will greatly reduce the surface quality of the product
In order to obtain a high-gloss surface, the usual practice is to use secondary processing, electroplating or painting on the surface of injection molded parts, but this method will increase costs and cause environmental pollution

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The following are specific embodiments of the application and in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, further describe the technical solution of the application, but the application is not limited to these embodiments.

[0025] The mold temperature control method of an injection molding machine shown in the embodiment of this application can be applied to molding optical products with high transparency, plastic parts with microstructure on the surface, high-strength composite material parts, long thin-walled parts and other injection molded parts. During molding, various surface defects such as surface weld marks, flow marks, and depressions produced by traditional mold temperature control methods can be eliminated.

[0026] refer to figure 1 , figure 1 It is a flowchart of a mold temperature control method for an injection molding machine shown in an exemplary embodiment. The mold temperature control method for an injection molding machine is applied to an inje...

Abstract

The application provides a mold temperature control method and system of an injection molding machine. The mold temperature control method of the injection molding machine comprises the following steps that after the injection molding machine is closed, a heating system is started to heat a mold temperature to a first preset temperature, and the injection molding machine is controlled to inject rubber into a mold cavity when the mold temperature reaches the first preset temperature; after the pressure maintaining of the injection molding machine is completed, the heating system is closed, a cooling system is started, a mold is cooled to a second predetermined temperature, and after the mold is cooled to the second predetermined temperature, the injection molding machine is controlled to open the mold; and after the injection molding machine opens the mold, the cooling system is turned off. The mold temperature control method can be applied to forming optical products with high transparency, plastic parts with microstructures on the surface, high-strength composite parts, long thin-wall parts and the like. By heating the mold to a higher set temperature, premature cooling of a polymer solution is prevented, and formed injection plastic parts have good surface quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of injection molding machines, in particular to a mold temperature control method and system for injection molding machines. Background technique [0002] Traditional injection molding technology adopts a constant temperature mold temperature control scheme. The mold temperature is maintained within the set temperature range by an external device. [0003] Limited by the molding cycle, the constant temperature mold temperature control scheme has a relatively low mold temperature. It is difficult to apply to optical products with high molding transparency, plastic parts with microstructure on the surface, high-strength composite parts, long and thin-walled parts, etc. [0004] Premature cooling of the polymer solution will cause defects such as weld marks, flow marks, and dents on the surface of the injection molded parts, which will greatly reduce the surface quality of the product. In order to ...
