Embodiment 1

[0032] Embodiment 1: Preparation of distiller's grain fiber extract for papermaking

[0033] The distiller's grains used in this example come from a large Maotai-flavor liquor production enterprise. Experimental steps reference figure 1 conduct. The specific implementation steps include:

[0034] 100kg of this sauce-flavored distiller's grains (50% solid content) is added to 500kg of water, fully stirred, and a 10-mesh sieve is selected to filter the distiller's grains to remove organic components such as protein, fat, and remaining starch in the distiller's grains. The upper layer of the sieve obtained 50 kg of wet (20% solid content) distiller's grain fiber primary extract. The material of this just extract mainly comprises compositions such as cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin; The lower floor filtrate after filtering is 550kg altogether, and through centrifugation, 170kg (solid content rate 23%) of large particle component is separated, obtains supernatant 380kg. Mix t...

Embodiment 2

[0036] The distiller's grains used in this example come from a large Luzhou-flavor liquor production enterprise. Experimental steps reference figure 1 conduct. The specific implementation steps include:

[0037]Add 100kg of this Luzhou-flavor distiller's grains (solid content 36%) to 500kg of water, fully stir, select a 10-mesh sieve to filter the distiller's grains, and remove organic components such as protein, fat, and remaining starch in the distiller's grains. The upper layer just obtains 100kg of wet (20% solid content) distiller's grain fiber primary extract. The material of this initial extract mainly comprises compositions such as cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin; The lower floor filtrate after filtering is 500kg altogether, and through centrifugation, 70kg (solid content rate 23%) of large particle component is separated, obtains supernatant 430kg. Mix the 100kg wet distiller's grain fiber primary extract with the supernatant of the filtrate, grind it finely to 8...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting fiber used for papermaking from vinasse. The method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting a preliminary vinasse fiber extract from the vinasse; and 2) subjecting the preliminary vinasse fiber extract to modifying treatment so as to obtain the fiber used for papermaking. The preliminary vinasse fiber extract is prepared through the following preparation process: mixing the vinasse with water; under the condition of full stirring, selecting a 6-to-20-mesh sieve, and subjecting the vinasse to filtering treatment so as to the upper-layer preliminary vinasse fiber extract; and centrifuging a lower-layer filtrate so as to obtain a supernatant. According to the invention, after the preliminary vinasse fiber extract and the supernatant are mixed and ground, an obtained mixture is added into a reaction vesssel; a dispersant and a deep eutectic fluxing agent are then added into the reaction vessel; after a reaction under heating and stirringis performed, sieving is performed with a press-filtering curved sieve; thus, a vinasse extract is obtained; moreover, the vinasse extract is mixed with a conventional paper raw material to prepare apapermaking pulp which is conveyed into a papermaking machine for papermaking to form composite paper. The method provided by the invention provides a novel raw material for the papermaking industry, and has great practical value for cyclic utilization of vinasse resources.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of resource recycling, and in particular relates to a method for extracting paper-making fibers from distiller's grains. Background technique [0002] Distiller's grains are the residue after grain has been fermented and the alcohol distilled out. Distiller's grains usually contain high moisture content and high organic matter content. If they are directly discarded or improperly disposed of, they will easily cause environmental pollution. The composition of distiller's grains varies with the brewing process and raw material formula, and its main components include fiber, protein, fat, residual starch and other substances. Distiller's grain fiber is the fiber component contained in distiller's grains. Its source is mainly the remaining grain peel after grain brewing, or rice husks and other brewing fillers added during the brewing process. Its main components are cellulose, hemicellulose , lignin, etc. Therefore, t...
