The construction method comprises the following steps: the steel bridge deck layer is manufactured at first, and then the prefabricated fibrous concrete plates are manufactured and laid, or steel bridge deck blocks are prefabricated at first, and steel beams are erected and assembled; after that, the construction of the cast-in-situ fibrous concrete layer and the surface treatment are carried out in sequence; and the construction is completed finally. The combined deck structure disclosed by the invention can improve the tensile strength limit of concrete slabs and effectively prevent a pavement layer from cracks, and has good service durability, good fatigue resistance; and the construction process is simple and efficient.

The combined bridge deck structure is formed by assembling at least two steel plate-fiber concrete combined type components. Each steel plate-fiber concrete combined type component comprises a steel bridge deck slab located on the lower portion and prefabricated fiber concrete pieces poured on the steel bridge deck slab. One grid type connector is arranged in the butt joint area of every two adjacent steel plate-fiber concrete combined type components. The grid type connector comprises cast-in-place fiber concrete pieces and grid reinforcement components fixedly connected to the corresponding steel bridge deck. The grid reinforcement components is completely covered with the prefabricated fiber concrete pieces located on the two sides of the butt joint area and the cast-in-place fiber concrete pieces located in the butt joint area. The prefabricated fiber concrete pieces and the cast-in-place fiber concrete pieces are connected through the grid reinforcement components, so that an integrated fiber concrete layer is formed. Method for extracting fiber used for papermaking from vinasse

The invention provides a method for extracting fiber used for papermaking from vinasse. The method comprises the following steps: 1) extracting a preliminary vinasse fiber extract from the vinasse; and 2) subjecting the preliminary vinasse fiber extract to modifying treatment so as to obtain the fiber used for papermaking. The preliminary vinasse fiber extract is prepared through the following preparation process: mixing the vinasse with water; under the condition of full stirring, selecting a 6-to-20-mesh sieve, and subjecting the vinasse to filtering treatment so as to the upper-layer preliminary vinasse fiber extract; and centrifuging a lower-layer filtrate so as to obtain a supernatant. According to the invention, after the preliminary vinasse fiber extract and the supernatant are mixed and ground, an obtained mixture is added into a reaction vesssel; a dispersant and a deep eutectic fluxing agent are then added into the reaction vessel; after a reaction under heating and stirringis performed, sieving is performed with a press-filtering curved sieve; thus, a vinasse extract is obtained; moreover, the vinasse extract is mixed with a conventional paper raw material to prepare apapermaking pulp which is conveyed into a papermaking machine for papermaking to form composite paper. The method provided by the invention provides a novel raw material for the papermaking industry,and has great practical value for cyclic utilization of vinasse resources.
