The invention relates to a
wastewater treatment technology, and aims to provide a
wastewater reduction method combining a hyperbolic
tower and a mechanical atomization
evaporator. A mechanical atomization
evaporator is used for forming vertically upward water mist, atomized liquid drops are driven by continuous
airflow to diffuse and evaporate upwards, water in the atomized liquid drops is gasified and discharged from the top of the
tower, and inorganic salt components are crystallized and separated out and fall down due to the
gravity effect to be collected and treated regularly; large liquid drops which are not atomized fall back into the waste
water pool under the action of gravity and then go through the next cycle process. The natural
evaporation efficiency can be greatly improved, the occupied area of the
evaporation pond is reduced, meanwhile, the risk of polluting the environment is reduced through the
closed space, and water-salt separation can be efficiently achieved in a low-carbon mode. The
evaporation efficiency is improved, and the process can be cyclically carried out. Salt particles and volatile organic compounds are effectively collected in the semi-closed
tower, so that the surrounding environment is prevented from being polluted; and energy and materials are saved, the construction difficulty is low, the occupied area is small, and the manufacturing cost is low.
