According to the invention, after the preliminary vinasse fiber extract and the supernatant are mixed and ground, an obtained mixture is added into a reaction vesssel; a dispersant and a deep eutectic fluxing agent are then added into the reaction vessel; after a reaction under heating and stirringis performed, sieving is performed with a press-filtering curved sieve; thus, a vinasse extract is obtained; moreover, the vinasse extract is mixed with a conventional paper raw material to prepare apapermaking pulp which is conveyed into a papermaking machine for papermaking to form composite paper.
