Problems solved by technology

However, this method is likely to affect the development of the root system of winter melon seedlings and the balance and acquisition of nutrients due to the compaction of the soil, and the weight of the soil is large. In the process of afforestation in mountainous areas, the cost of seedling transportation is relatively high.
There are also some areas that use light substrates for industrial seedling cultivation, but the use of beneficial microorganisms such as mycorrhizal fungi has not been seen in seedling cultivation.

Abstract

The invention discloses a culture method for mycorrhizal seedlings of alnus nepalensis. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is inoculated in a culture period to facilitate growth of alnus nepalensis. The culture method comprises the following steps: selecting turf, vermiculite and perlite as culture medium raw materials and sterilizing the raw materials; scattering alnus nepalensis seeds in a sterilizedculture medium; filling a 200 ml seedling growing container with the culture medium, and transplanting the alnus nepalensis seedlings growing with 2-3 main leaves into the seedling growing container;and inoculating an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi fungicide while transplanting the alnus nepalensis seedlings into the seedling growing container and carrying out conventional management on a nursery stock. By inoculating an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi fungicide while transplanting the alnus nepalensis seedlings into the seedling growing container, good symbiosis of the alnus nepalensis seedling root system and the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungiis achieved, development of the root system is good, and the high diameter growth of the alnus nepalensis mycorrhizal seedling can be improved obviouslyby fixing the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the root system. The alnus nepalensis cultured by the culture medium by the method is light in weight of the culture medium, and in an afforestation process in a mountainous region, the nursery stock transportation cost can be lowered obviously.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural planting, and in particular relates to a method for cultivating mycorrhizal seedlings of winter melon. Background technique [0002] Winter melon is also known as Mengzi alder, Nepal alder, and wax gourd tree. This tree species has strong adaptability and rapid growth. It is an important native multi-purpose tree species widely distributed in Yunnan Province and has high economic value. The wood is easy to be preservative treated and processed, the cut surface is smooth, and the gloss and adhesive properties after painting are good. It can be used for furniture, wooden molds, agricultural tools and building decoration materials. In addition, wood has no special smell and taste, so it is ideal for tea, food packaging and pulp. [0003] Winter melon is an excellent tanning plant. Its bark is rich in tannins. The tannin content ranks ninth among the 98 main tanning plants in Yunnan. The bark o...
