In the normal use stage, the interface slippage amount is reduced through rigid connection of the steel plate brackets, and in the ultimate state, the characteristic of the studs as the flexible connecting pieces is adopted for overcoming the defect of the insufficient ductility of the steel plate brackets as the rigid connecting pieces.
