Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the control methods of Mikania micrantha mainly include four aspects: physical control, chemical control, biological control and ecological control, but all current control technologies for Mikania micrantha cannot be single and effective to completely eliminate Mikania micrantha, and these methods are inconvenient to use, high in cost, Environmental pollution and other restrictions

Embodiment 1

[0026] see figure 1 , the present invention provides a technical solution: a method for removing Mikania micrantha by using forchlorfenuron in combination with exogenous hormones, taking the preparation of 1L of a scavenger with a concentration of 50ppm as an example, including the following steps:

[0027] S1. Weigh 50mg of forchlorfenuron, 50mg of indole acetic acid and 50mg of gibberellin, and dissolve them in 5mL of ethanol;

[0028] S2, the mixed material in S1 is placed in the 1L volumetric flask;

[0029] S3, add water to the volumetric flask to 1L, obtain 50ppm scavenger;

[0030] S4, the above scavenger solution is transferred to a 2L large beaker;

[0031] S5, add 1mL polyethylene glycol 400 and 1mL Tween 40 nonionic surfactant in 2L large beaker;

[0032] S6. Stir the mixed solution of S5 at room temperature for 40 minutes to obtain a combined hormone scavenger;

[0033] S7. Spray the medicament one week before the flowering of Mikania micrantha in October, and ...

Embodiment 2

[0041] refer to Figure 2-Figure 3 , the normal growth of Mikania micrantha in the control group ( figure 2 ). After combined hormone treatment, the growth of Mikania micrantha in the experimental group was inhibited and completely eliminated ( image 3 ).

[0042] Clearance rate (%) = microchamomile coverage of the control group - microchamomile coverage of the experimental group / microchamomile coverage of the control group × 100%.

[0043] Control group: Mikania micrantha treated with water spray.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of chemurgy and particularly relates to a method for removing mikania micrantha by using forchlorfenuron combined exogenous hormone. Taking preparation of1 L of a scavenger with concentration of 50 ppm as an example, the method comprises the steps as follows: S1, 50 mg of forchlorfenuron, 50 mg of indoleacetic acid and 50 mg of gibberellins are weighedand dissolved in 5 mL of ethanol; S2, the mixed material in S1 is placed in a 1 L volumetric flask; S3, water is added to the volumetric flask until the volume is 1 L and the scavenger with concentration of 50 ppm is obtained; S4, the scavenger solution is transferred into a 2 L large beaker; S5, 1 mL of polyethylene glycol 400 and 1 mL of a tween 40 nonionic surfactant are added to the 2 L largebeaker; S6, the mixed solution in S5 is stirred at room temperature for 40 min and a combined hormone scavenger is obtained. The mikania micrantha is removed by the combined exogenous hormone, so that the mikania micrantha control method is safe and effective, the use method is convenient to operate, the cost is low, and the method is a pollution-free method for controlling the mikania micranthasustainably.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural chemicals, and in particular relates to a method for eliminating mikania micrantha by using forchlorfenuron and exogenous hormones. Background technique [0002] Mikania micrantha is an invasive alien organism and the only major quarantine plant in forestry in my country. Since it was introduced into my country in the 1980s, it has spread or been partially introduced into Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hainan, Yunnan, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions. This invasive plant causes serious damage to secondary forest land, artificial forest land and natural forest land. Its covering ability, spreading ability and rejection ability are stronger than that of Eupatorium adenophorum. It can cover the tree layer by climbing, causing the death of tall trees. [0003] At present, the control methods of Mikania micrantha mainly include four aspects: physical control, chemical control, biological contro...
