The circuit comprises a low noise amplifier module used for carrying out low noise amplification on a received signal; a power amplifier module which is used for carrying out power amplification on the modulation signal Tx; a circulator which is used for unidirectionally transmitting the modulation signal amplified by the power amplifier module to the common end of the circulator, radiating the modulation signal to the space through the antenna, unidirectionally transmitting a response signal received by the antenna to the output end of the circulator through the circulator, and transmitting the response signal to the input end of the low-noise amplifier module for low-noise amplification; an antenna whichis used for radiating the modulation signal outwards and receiving the modulation signal; a compensation circuit which is used for amplifying a modulation signal sampled from the power amplifier module and then synthesizing the modulation signal with a leakage signal leaked from the transmitting input end of the circulator to the receiving signal output end so as to reduce the signal amplitude leaked to the low-noise amplifier module.
