Abstract

The invention discloses a household blood fluorine concentration detection kit. It consists of a temperature measuring device and an iron complex solution. The method for quantitative determination of blood fluorine concentration using this kit includes: 1) Drawing of standard curve: use a condenser lens to gather sunlight, and measure a series of iron complex solutions containing different fluorine concentrations under sunlight irradiation for the same time 2) detection of blood fluorine concentration: get the blood sample to be tested, mix and react with the iron complex solution to obtain a mixed solution, and measure the mixed solution in the same manner as step 1). The temperature change under the same sunlight irradiation within a certain period of time is compared with the standard curve in step 1) to obtain the blood fluoride concentration. The invention uses a household thermometer to measure the temperature signal change of the iron complex solution under sunlight irradiation, and realizes rapid and sensitive quantitative detection of blood fluorine concentration.
