The optoelectronic composite cable comprises three main wire cores, a ground wire core conductor, a loop control wire core, an optical cable, an inner filling layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer sheath. The three main wire cores, the ground wire core conductor, the loop control wire core and the optical cable are stranded to form the cable. The ground wire core conductor, loop control wire core and optical cable are located in a gap outside the two adjacent main wire cores. The inner filling layer is extruded outside the three main wire cores, the ground core wire conductor, the loop control wire core and the optical cable. The reinforcing layer is disposed outside the inner filling layer. The outer sheath is extruded outside the reinforcing layer.
