Abstract

The invention discloses an orange juice beverage which contains 1 part by volume of a concentrated orange juice composition and 3-12 parts by volume of water. The concentrated orange juice compositioncomprises the following components: 32-35% of a concentrated orange juice, 11-12% of concentrated orange essential oil, 0.5-12% of plant oil, 0.6-22% of an emulsifier, 0.05-0.08% of an antioxidant, and not more than 1% of a thickener, and water added to make the total amount 100%. The concentrated orange essential oil contains cold pressed oil extracted from orange peel, wherein the percentage refers to the weight percentage of the whole concentrated orange juice composition. The orange juice beverage has the advantages of difficult oxidation, difficult layering, good stability, good turbidity and good flavor and the like.
