Abstract

The invention provides a kit used for detecting the concentration of Pb2+ and a detection method. The kit comprises the following components: cyanine dyes, a Pb2+ standard solution, DNA double strands, an acidic buffer solution and a neutral buffer solution. The detection method comprises the steps of respectively drawing Pb2+ detection standard curves under neutral and acidic conditions; mixing asample to be detected, the DNA double strands and the cyanine dyes, incubating the mixed solution at a temperature of 20-40 DEG C for 15-25min, then measuring the absorbance at 448nm or the fluorescence intensity at 616nm of the mixed solution, judging the acidity of the sample to be detected according to the detected absorbance or fluorescence intensity, and then calculating the concentration ofPb2+ by combining the Pb2+ detection standard curve under the neutral or acidic condition. The kit is simple in system, and the detection method is high in sensitivity, low in detection limit and high in accuracy.
