Problems solved by technology

At present, there is no report on the detection of semi-volatile and low-volatile organic compounds in blood by direct mass spectrometry. This method releases semi-volatile and low-volatile organic compounds in blood through thermal analysis, and then according to the characteristics of direct mass spectrometry accumulation detection, heat The analyzed sample gas is buffered by the sample loop and introduced into the mass spectrometer for rapid analysis and detection

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The device used includes a thermal analysis chamber, and two through holes are opened on the side wall of the thermal analysis chamber, and a sample stage is arranged in each through hole, and the sample stage and the through hole are straight strip structures. And the cross-sectional area and shape of the sample stage and the through hole perpendicular to the sliding direction of the sample stage are the same or match; the upper surface of the sample stage is provided with a groove, and a thermal analysis tray is placed in the groove, and a disposable glass is placed in the thermal analysis tray. Fiber filter paper, whose surface area and shape are the same as the inner surface of the thermal analysis tray; handles are provided on the sample stage outside the thermal analysis chamber; the sample can slide back and forth along the through hole, so that the thermal analysis tray placed on the sample stage can pass through the through hole into and out of the thermal analy...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for direct mass spectrometric detection of semi-volatile and difficult-to-volatile organic matters in blood. The method comprises the steps of: introducing a blood gassample, which is generated from a blood sample after thermal desorption and buffered by means of a sampling ring, into a mass spectrometer for analysis and detection. The devices used in the method comprise a thermal desorption chamber and a movable sample stage, wherein a thermal desorption tray is placed in the sample stage, and disposable glass fiber filtering paper is placed in the desorptionthermal desorption tray for carrying the blood sample. In actual operation, the blood sample is simply dropped on the glass fiber filtering paper, then the thermal desorption tray is pushed into thethermal desorption chamber, and the semi-volatile and difficult-to-volatile organic matters overflowing from the blood sample enter the mass spectrometer for analysis and detection by means of the sampling ring under the purging action of a carrier gas. The method is simple and fast, requires small blood sample amount, has few residues, and is very suitable for large sample analysis and test.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of online mass spectrometry sampling and analysis, and relates to a method for rapid detection of semi-volatile and refractory organic substances in blood by direct mass spectrometry. In this method, the semi-volatile and non-volatile organic compounds in the blood are overflowed by means of thermal analysis, and the sample is buffered and sampled through the sampling loop to realize the rapid detection by direct mass spectrometry. Background technique [0002] Blood is one of the commonly used biological samples (exhaled breath, urine, serum, plasma, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid), and is usually used for screening of clinical markers, such as differential diagnosis of diseases, evaluation of curative effect or evaluation of prognosis. Part of the products of human metabolism, including various semi-volatile and low-volatile organic compounds, through blood circulation, reflect the metabolism, exposure and pathological...
