Abstract

The synthetic process comprises the following steps: sequentially adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, a polymerization inhibitor and methacrylic acid into a reaction vessel, performing full stirring, adding a catalyst into the reaction vessel, and performing a reaction under heating condition to form intermediate methacrylic acid fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ester; and under normal temperature and normal pressure, using water as a solvent,performing a polymerization reaction on methallyl polyoxyethylene ether, methacrylic acid, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonic acid (abbreviation: AMPS), a composite initiator and an ester intermediate, and after the reaction is completed, replenishing water into the reaction vessel to adjust a solid content, so as to obtain the water reducing agent.
